Handcrafted in small batches, these cookies pair the robust notes of slow-simmered dark molasses with the distinct, lively kick of finely grated fresh ginger. We fold in premium, decadent dark chocolate chips to create a sophisticated balance of bittersweet richness and clean spice. The subtle tang of our signature sourdough starter rounds out the profile, producing a deeply comforting, chewy treat finished with crisp, sugar-crusted edges.

Optimal Shelf Life:

Stays fresh and delicious for up to 5 days at room temperature.

In-Person Pick Up & Delivery Only: All orders placed online, by phone, or via social media must be physically hand-delivered directly to the customer by the producer, a household member, or an employee.

Texas Sales Only: All transactions and hand-deliveries must take place entirely within the state of Texas. We do not conduct interstate commerce.
